Lady Du has taken to social media to pour her heart out in a touching tribute to fellow amapiano star Mr JazziQ.

She praised him for being a solid support system during one of the most painful seasons of her life.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, the vocalist shared a photo of JazziQ and revealed just how much his presence meant to her following the passing of her father.

Lady Du let her guard down as she opened up about the emotional weight she’s been carrying and the role her “brother” played in helping her through it.

“I’m dedicating this day to my brother @mrjazziq. Bro, you showed up for me when my father died. You carried me through the pain, I don’t even know how to thank you,” she wrote.

Clearly overwhelmed by emotion, she continued, “A lot happened in a short space of time, you managed to be present and to be a brother. I don’t even know what to say, buti wam. Thank you sooo much bro.”

The message struck a chord with many of her fans, who commended both artists for the bond they’ve nurtured beyond the music.

Lady Du also confessed that writing the post brought her to tears, as she reflected on the journey they’ve walked together.

“I’m crying writing this message because how far we’ve come. God bless you ❤️❤️❤️ I love you, buti wam,” she concluded.

Lady Du and Mr JazziQ have long shared a strong professional and personal relationship, having worked together on several hit tracks within the amapiano scene.
